Debby’s journey into real estate is driven by her belief that a home is more than just a place—it’s a sanctuary that provides peace, comfort, and security. After the profound loss of her father and brother, she took a sabbatical, sold her home, and moved to the mountains. During this time, she experienced firsthand how a well-designed home can support well-being. The space she lived in became a true sanctuary, offering peace and reflection as she healed.

This chapter of her life also deepened her understanding of the importance of having one’s affairs in order—wills, trusts, and asset planning. That experience shaped her approach to real estate, reinforcing her commitment to helping clients make sound decisions that secure both their well-being and their financial future.

Living in the mountains was not only restorative but also a smart financial move. Debby purchased, designed and managed three homes as Airbnbs, creating peaceful, nurturing spaces that attracted guests seeking refuge. When she was ready to return to San Diego, she sold these homes to an investor, ensuring they would continue providing a place of peace for others.
